Vladimir Samoylovich Horowitz (Kiev, Errusiar Inperioa, 1903ko urriaren 1a^Greg./irailaren 18a^Jul. - New York, 1989ko azaroaren 5a) errusiar-estatubatuar piano-jotzaile eta musikagilea izan zen.

Familia judu batean jaio zen eta laster hasi zen piano eskolak jasotzen. Kieveko Kontserbatorioan ikasi zuen eta Errusia osoan kontzertuak eman zituen. 1925ean Mendebaldera alde egin zuen, Sobietar Batasunera ez itzultzeko erabakia hartuta eta 1928an Estatu Batuetan eman zuen lehen kontzertua.

Historiako piano-jotzaile handienetakotzat jotzen da, eta bere teknika birtuosoa eta tinbrea nabarmentzen dira.
