Valdas Adamkus, Voldemaras Adamkavičius jaioa (Kaunas, 1926ko azaroaren 3a) lituaniar politikaria da. Lituaniako 5. presidentea izan zen 1998tik 2003ra eta 7. presidentea 2004tik 2009ra.

Sobietarren okupazioaren aurkako erresistentzian esku hartu zuen 1940an eta familiarekin Alemaniara ihes egin zuen 1944an errepresaliak saihesteko. Municheko Unibertsitatean ikasi zuen eta 1949an Estatu Batuetara emigratu zuen. Bertan ingeniari eta Ingurumena Babesteko Agentzian lan egin zuen.

1998an estatubatuar herritartasunari uko egin eta Lituaniako hauteskundeak irabazi zituen. 2003ko hauteskundeetan Rolandas Paksasen aurkako berrautaketa galdu zuen. Hala ere, urtebete geroago Paksas kargutik kendu zuten ustelkeriagatik, eta Adamkusek irabazi zituen hauteskunde berriak egin ziren. Bigarren agintaldia 2009an amaitu zen. Bere presidentzian Lituaniak antzinako herrialde komunistetan demokrazia sustatu zuen eta Ukrainako krisian bitartekaritza lanak egin zituen.
