Carlo (edo Carlino) Dolci (Florentzia, 1616ko maiatzaren 25a - ibidem, 1686ko urtarrilaren 17a) italiar margolaria izan zen.

Oso margolari goiztiarra eta Jacopo Vignaliren ikaslea izan zen. Bere estilo delikatua oso estimatua izan zen eta enkargu ugari eman zizkion Florentzian eta Italiako gainerako herrialdeetan. Bere errukiagatik ezaguna izan zen, eta esaten da Pasio Aste bakoitzean Salbatzailea arantzazko koroaz margotzen zuela.

Batez ere erlijio-margolanak margotu zituen, akabera oso zehatzarekin.

Agnese Dolci alaba ere margolaria izan zen.
