Amha Selassie, Asfaw Wossen Tafari jaioa, (amhareraz: ሀ ሥላሴ, አስፋ ወሰን; Harar, 1916ko uztailaren 27a - McLean, Virginia, 1997ko urtarrilaren 17a) Etiopiako enperadorea erbestean izan zen.

Haile Selassieren semea eta printze oinordekoa izan zen eta bere burua enperadore aldarrikatu zuen hiru aldiz (1960an, 1975ean eta 1989an). 1974ko irailaren 12an bere aita enperadore kargutik kendu zuten eta Derg alderdiak bere semea aldarrikatu zuen errege (ez ordea enperadore). Amha Selassiek, baina, ez zuen izendapen hori onartu. 1975eko martxoaren 2an Derg alderdiko militarrek Errepublika aldarrikatu zuten. 1989an Etiopiako enperadorea erbestean izendatua izan zen.
