Seks-pozitivni feminizam, ponekad poznat kao pro-seks feminizam, seks-radikalni feminizam ili seksualno liberalni feminizam je pokret koji se stvorio u SAD u ranim 1980-ih. Karakteristike tog pokreta jest pozitivan stav prema seksu, čije se nesputano upražnjavanje smatra dijelom ženskih prava.

Pokret je nastao kao reakcija na stavove radikalnih feministkinja kao Catharine MacKinnon, Andrea Dworkin, Robin Morgan i Dorchen Leidholdt, koje su se priključile antipornografskom pokretu, odnosno iskorjenjivanje pornografije nastojale učiniti glavnim ciljem feminističkog pokreta, čak i ako je to značilo trajni savez s konzervativnim antifeminističkim vjerskim fundamentalistima i Reaganovom administracijom. Rasprava koje je ta inicijativa izazvala među američkim feministkinjama se naziva feministički seksualni ratovi.

Seks-pozitivne feministkinje se, u manjoj ili većoj mjeri, zalažu za legalizaciju pornografije, prostitucije, sadomazohističkog seksa, odnosno prihvaćanje homoseksualnosti i transrodnosti.

Najpoznatije ličnosti seks-pozitivnog feminizma su Ellen Willis, Susie Bright, Patrick Califia, Gayle Rubin, Avedon Carol, i Betty Dodson.
