District of Hawaii
District of Hawaii er et av USAs 94 føderale distrikter og dekker delstaten Hawaii og territoriene Midwayøyene, Wake Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Palmyra Atoll, Baker Island, Howland Island og Jarvis Island. Distriktets administrasjonssenter er Honolulu.
Distriktet tilhører den niende domskrets, og anker over distriktetsdomstolens avgjørelser går til U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
District of Hawaii ble opprettet 18. mars 1959 og ble aktivert 21. august samme år samtidig med at Hawaii fikk status som delstat.[1]
De amerikanske politimyndighetene i Antarktis er underlagt District of Hawaii.[2]
