Mbuti atau Bambuti adalah kelompok pigmi yang merupakan penduduk asli di Cekungan Kongo di Afrika. Mereka menuturkan bahasa-bahasa yang merupakan bagian dari rumpun bahasa Sudan Tengah (famili dalam filum Nilo-Sahara) dan rumpun bahasa Bantu.

Warga Mbuti hidup di Hutan Ituri, hutan hujan tropis yang meliputi wilayah seluas 70.000 km² di Republik Demokratik Kongo bagian utara/timur laut. Bambuti adalah kelompok pemburu-pengumpul pigmi. Bambuti terdiri dari gerombolan-gerombolan yang relatif kecil (antara 15 hingga 60 orang). Total populasi Bambuti diperkirakan sebesar 30.000 hingga 40.000 jiwa.
