Legiun Thebes (juga dikenal sebagai Martir Agaunum) merupakan sebuah penggambaran hagiografi Kristen [1] sebagai legiun Romawi yang seluruhnya berjumlah "enam ribu enam ratus enam puluh enam orang"[2] — yang telah dikonversi secara massal menjadi Kristen dan menjadi martir bersama pada tahun 286, menurut hagiografi Santo Mauritius, pemimpin di antara orang-orang kudus dari legiun tersebut. Pembantaian legiun Thebes berlangsung pada masa pemerintahan Diokletianus antara tahun 285 dan 306 di Agaune, sekarang Saint-Maurice, Swiss, Kanton Valais. Hari perayaan mereka jatuh pada tanggal 22 September.
