John Warfield Johnston (9 September 1818 – 27 Februari 1889) adalah seorang pengacara dan politikus Amerika asal Abingdon, Virginia. Ia menjabat dalam Senat Negara Bagian Virginia, dan mewakili Virginia di Senat Amerika Serikat saat negara bagian tersebut dirombak setelah Perang Saudara Amerika.
