Harry Forster Chapin (7 Desember 1942 – 16 Juli 1981) adalah seorang penyanyi-penulis lagu, kemanusiaan, dan produser berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang terkenal karena lagu-lagu folk rock dan pop rock, yang mencapai kesuksesan dunia pada tahun 1970-an dan menjadi salah satu penyanyi dengan bayaran tertinggi pada masanya. Chapin, artis pemenang Grammy Award dan menjadi bagian dari Grammy Hall of Fame, telah menjual lebih dari 16 juta rekaman di seluruh dunia dan telah digambarkan sebagai salah satu pemain yang paling dicintai dalam sejarah musik.^[1]
