Greene, Indiana
Unincorporated community in Indiana, United States
40°24′30″N 85°06′00″W / 40.40833°N 85.10000°W / 40.40833; -85.10000Greene is an unincorporated community in Greene Township, Jay County, Indiana.
History
A post office was established at Greene in 1862, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1900.[3] The community was named from Greene Township.[4]
